Yinzenstiner Hefeweizen
4.8 % ABV
Traditionally unfiltered German style Hefeweizen.
Kwinn Kolsch
4.8 % ABV
Clean and crisp and German style Kolsch.
Braddock's Blonde Ale
4.3 % ABV
Extra pale malt and citrusy cascade hops are used to create this crisp, slightly hoppy, blonde SMaSH (single malt & single hop) beer.
Horsi Stout
5 % ABV
A very dark, yet light and smooth oatmeal stout.
Tropiquito Hazy IPA
6 % ABV
Light bodied and slightly hazy with notes of mango and pineapple.
Pineapple Hard Seltzer
5 % ABV
Brewed hard seltzer with a subtle pineapple flavor and clean finish.
Elwood Island Irish Red Ale
5 % ABV
Traditionally brewed to be sweet and malty in the true Irish style.

A very unique IPA, brewed with 6 grain varieties and 5 different hops. *Occasionally in rotation*
forth & clyde scotch ale

Traditionally brewed using peat smoked malt imported from Scotland to bring out the sweet and smoky characteristics of a true Scotch ale.

PAULIE'S LOOKOUT

A collaboration with La Prima Espresso Company. A blonde coffee stout made with a heap of flaked oats and barley infused with 20 gallons of cold brew made with their Paulie's blend coffee.

LINDENCROSS WEST COAST IPA

A crisp, resinous West Coast IPA with bold pine and citrus notes, firm bitterness, bright clarity, and a clean, dry finish.

We focus on traditionally brewing authentic beer made from all natural products and strive for eco-friendliness, from repurposing our brewing grain as feed for local livestock, to the zero emission brewing techniques that we use. It is so rewarding and fun to see people enjoying the beers that we create and have put so much love, patience and pride into.
